🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Azure DevOps (ADO) environments
• Demonstrated experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions using Azure DevOps and/or Power
• Strong knowledge of configuring workflows, work item types, states, rules, and automation within ADO
• Solid understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery practices
• Experience establishing and maintaining data quality, governance, and data-entry standards
• Basic scripting, querying, or automation experience using KQL, REST APIs, or Power Automate
