📋 Description

• Execute, support, and supervise B2B pick-and-pack for orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Enforce B2B SOPs on the floor and train staff on B2B packaging.
• Own end-to-end group-order labeling and pre-packing audits.
• Conduct pre-dispatch bag-count and label audits for all B2B orders.
• Manage Smart Fridge restock staging, verify quantities and temp, and handoff to driver.
• Handle ad hoc B2B floor requests and resolve issues without escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with Slack, reporting tools, and Gmail.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; cold production 35°F–40°F.
• Push and pull up to 200 pounds.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
