📋 Description

• Design and scale CRM (Push, Email, In-App, SMS) to boost activation and retention.
• Lead A/B and multivariate experiments on messaging, timing, segmentation, and UX triggers.
• Balance the Polish marketplace by driving local demand and coordinating supply.
• Oversee integrated growth campaigns and partnerships with creators and brands.
• Build community through local channels and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Growth and CRM experience in fast-paced digital or marketplace environments.
• Proficient in CRM/martech tools (Braze, MovableInk).
• Strong analytical mindset with funnel and ROI analysis.
• Experience with Amplitude and Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Creative self-starter: Canva, Gemini AI, ElevenLabs for assets.
• English and Polish fluency.
