Back of House Event Attendant

📋 Description

• Ensure client-facing areas, restrooms, and common spaces remain immaculate and fully stocked.
• Act as a quick-response resource for spills or urgent needs during events.
• Monitor the space to keep the venue gallery-ready from arrival to close.
• Support vendor, client, and internal deliveries and keep the operations team in the loop.
• Assist with setup and breakdown, moving furniture and gear as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe back-of-house and service corridors; manage waste and recycling flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, janitorial, custodial, or facilities support preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while staying responsive to team needs.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, professional environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude and reliability are a must.
