Back Office Operations Specialist – French

📋 Description

• Support the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks, mainly related to
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants, with no sales or
• Understand customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide appropriate
• Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments when needed.
• Keep customers informed and ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience is not necessarily required.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and enjoying helping them find solutions.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Work accurately, efficiently and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Able to work independently and structure workload effectively.
