📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain backend systems for card issuing and lifecycle management
• Lead the design and implementation of card certification and onboarding programs
• Define and drive system architecture, service boundaries, and integration patterns for card platform services
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with payment network standards
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering to translate requirements into technical specs
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years backend experience with Java / Spring
• Direct experience building or maintaining a card system
• Experience with card certification processes and/or onboarding
• Strong system design/architecture skills in distributed systems and high-throughput payment infra
• Understanding of card network standards, payment flows, and compliance requirements
