Backend Engineer, Core APIs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems.
• Build, maintain, and improve APIs, microservices, and backend infrastructure.
• Develop primarily with Go and/or Node.js.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate backend components.
• Investigate complex features through technical deep dives and experiments.
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, testing, and reliability improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go and/or Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong understanding of SQL and databases like DynamoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Git, IDEs, shell scripting, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English.
