Backend Engineer - Python [Talents Bench]

📋 Description

• Contribute to project planning by reviewing requirements, program objectives, input data, and
• Provide realistic development estimates based on requirements, wireframes, designs, and project
• Adapt effectively to dynamic and collaborative project environments, making independent technical
• Take ownership of project success by proactively communicating risks, known issues, dependencies
• Contribute across all phases of software development, working collaboratively with other engineers
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code that follows established engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience working with Python, with strong hands-on
• Demonstrate familiarity with relational database concepts, querying, and data modeling, as well as
• Have experience developing and deploying REST APIs and working with JSON for data modeling and API
• Be comfortable using API tools such as Postman and making and testing API calls.
• Have experience with package managers such as pip or npm and understand their role in managing
• Demonstrate proficiency with Git and modern source-control practices.
