• Manage background verification activities with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, timely
• Review and analyze criminal records and background screening data to assess applicant eligibility
• Develop expertise in screening software, processes, and applicable consumer reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Respond to client and consumer inquiries through phone and email, providing clear and professional
• Guide clients and consumers through appropriate next steps when questions, disputes, or issues arise
