Bank Regulatory Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end filing of FFIEC Call Reports and related OCC/FDIC filings.
• Build and maintain the regulatory reporting framework, calendars, and controls.
• Interpret FFIEC, OCC, FDIC, and Fed instructions for BNPL reporting.
• Monitor and implement changes to regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Eng.
• Support regulatory examinations and audits with documentation and inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in bank regulatory reporting with FFIEC Call Reports.
• Deep FFIEC instructions, schedules, and capital calculations knowledge.
• OCC/national bank or de novos reporting experience a plus.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; bridge GAAP to regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with regulatory reporting software and advanced Excel; data automation a plus.
• CPA/CFA or related certification preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required.
