Daily handling of processing payments to our customers
Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including
Processing and monitoring our payments and transactions with banks and providers aiming at avoiding
Execute workflows with speed and accuracy and providing insights and suggestions on improvements
Supporting internal and external customers regarding the Bank Transfer product
Owning and maintaining ongoing communication cadence with internal and external banking

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in the Banks/FX industry
Bachelors Degree
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
Professional experience working with SQL required
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, organizing effectively and asking the right questions
Ability and willingness to “get your hands dirty” and take ownership of issues to drive them to
