Banquet Services Manager

📋 Description

• Lead venue operations for The Mallory during setup, events, and breakdown.
• Oversee staff on event days, scheduling and performance.
• Coordinate with planners, vendors, and CHG culinary team.
• Ensure clean, safe, guest-ready spaces throughout events.
• Act as on-site liaison for operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain budget and labor efficiency for event schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in event operations, venue management, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven team leadership in fast-paced, event-driven environments.
• Strong organization to juggle multiple events and priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; client-focused.
• Knowledge of event logistics, AV/load-in, and facilities ops is a plus.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
