Banquet Services Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations during events, coordinating with Event Producers, catering
• Lead on-site event services team, ensuring seamless setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Provide guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment at The Mallory, NYC.
• Act as on-site operations resource, resolving issues and ensuring safety and organization.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet event timelines and standards.
• Support pre- and post-event walkthroughs and inventory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in event operations, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience supervising frontline teams in fast-paced settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift/move event equipment.
• Spanish fluency a plus but not required.
