📋 Description

• Transform event spaces by precisely placing furniture, equipment, and décor to match the client
• Provide real-time adjustments to room layouts or restock supplies as needs evolve.
• Monitor guest-facing areas to remain immaculate and gallery-ready.
• Set up and serve food & beverage offerings as required, including external partners.
• Coordinate arrivals and organization of vendor, client, and internal deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and back-of-house organization for smooth transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible availability for varying event calendar.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage dynamic floor plans.
• Experience in food & beverage service and event support is a plus.
• Ability to safely move and stage furniture and equipment; strong safety awareness.
• Strong communication with operations team and clients.
