Bar Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee beverage operations for CHG venues, including The Mallory in NYC, and support CHG events.
• Manage bar staff during programs, balance admin tasks with hands‑on event support.
• Collaborate with clients, caterers, and planners to deliver premium bar service.
• Present during load‑in, bar setup, and service hours to ensure smooth operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in bar operations or beverage coordination in high‑volume/event settings.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails; beverage certifications are a plus.
• Experience with inventory oversight, requisitions, and cost control; ability to lead staff.
• Excellent guest service mentality with problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; NYC Food Handlers permit preferred.
