Monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS) and facility equipment for alarms and faults
Analyze incoming alerts and determine appropriate response actions
Communicate with customers regarding system events and service needs
Coordinate dispatch activities and technician response when required
Support remote troubleshooting efforts and document findings
Maintain service records and event logs

Experience in HVAC dispatch or service coordination
