📋 Description

• Weekend Baylor RN, Home Health visits in Charleston, SC.
• Servicing patients in Charleston, Berkely and Dorchester Counties.
• Integral member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehab and skilled nursing at home.
• Follow designated care plans; administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor patients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document care and orders; use a tablet for EMR entry.

🎯 Requirements

• Current SC RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; solid EMR experience.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
