📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key players across the payments and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain, ideally
• Established professional network across Mexico and Central America's financial services, fintech
• Proven experience leading strategic business development initiatives, negotiating partnerships, and
• Strong understanding of on-chain finance, including decentralized finance (DeFi), stablecoins
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital asset regulations across Mexico and Central
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage
