📋 Description

• Own a prospecting territory within the ICP universe: build account lists owned by SOPs, prioritize
• Qualify accounts at depth: validate company HR challenges, decision-maker map, timing, and budget
• Conduct discovery-level conversations to surface corporate wellness pain points and position
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce: accurate contact records, opportunity stage, and activity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or sales for large/complex
• Previous experience with CRM & sales-engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach); comfort
• Experience with the Argentinian and Latam Market.
• Fluent English — you'll interact with global teams and resources.
