Plans and directs all warehouse operations: deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
Improve KPIs: order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate
Drive site financials by meeting productivity, labor, and expense budgets
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations via reports
Implement HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and QA reviews
Develop action plans to improve performance and guide programs

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of managing leadership; fast-paced with blended W2/1099 teams
Retail/warehouse/logistics or equivalent experience
Beer/liquor store experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Conflict resolution and team development skills
