Behavior Clinician I - Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program

📋 Description

• Support individuals in the A-DBT program through leading both 1:1 and large group therapy sessions
• Use principles of Positive Behavior Support to help individuals meet their goals and improve their
• Plan and attend social events out in the community for individuals in the program
• Provide training and support to direct care staff and members of the operations team.
• Work directly with in home staff to provide support to individuals in behavioral crises.
• Work rotational on call to provide crisis management support as needed by phone.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses is required (examples
• HS Diploma or GED required; BA or AA in related field such as psychology preferred
• Valid driver's license with ability to use personal vehicle on the job
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
• Must possess strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work
• Must be at least 18 years of age

🎁 Benefits

• Wage: $25.10/hour
• Full range scale: $25.10-28.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday
