📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per service plan
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data per client behavior plan
• Provide training and assistance to help students acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits
• High School Diploma/GED with ParaPro Praxis allowed
• No experience required
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam
• RBT certification supported by BAYADA
