📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
• Build relationships with clients and school teams; respect families
• Apply behavior therapy techniques and support classroom goals
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect data per client behavior plan
• Support ABA-based learning and student independence

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• AA/BA or 48 credits incl Math 100 & English 100 OR HS Diploma with ParaPro
• No experience required
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam
