Behavior Technician Trainee (BTT)

📋 Description

• Start as Behavior Technician Trainee and become an RBT.
• Work with children ages 0-8 at BAYADA center in Wall Township, NJ.
• School-based in Neptune, or in-home visits across Ocean/Monmouth/Middlesex counties.
• Training includes ABA principles, BAYADA University courses, hands-on practice.
• Participate in paid two-day in-person experiential training.
• Follow service plans, observe sessions, and collaborate with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or paraprofessional seeking RBT pathway.
• Interest in working with children with Autism and IDD.
• Willing to complete BAYADA RBT Academy training.
• Ability to complete 40-hour online RBT training and modules.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Pass background checks and satisfy state/local requirements.
