Behavioral Technician (RBT) Academy, Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per service plan
• Build relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data per client behavior plan
• Support students to gain and maintain skills and independence

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 48 credits including Math100/Eng100
• Or HS Diploma/GED with ParaPro Praxis
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become RBT
