Behavioral Technician (RBT) Academy – Leeward School Based – Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per the service plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers to support students
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data per client behavior plan
• Provide training and support to help students gain skills and reach goals

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Associate's or Bachelor's OR 48 college credits incl Math 100 & English 100 OR HS diploma with ParaPro
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam
