📋 Description

• Reconcile client benefits invoices from insurance carriers against enrollment and coverage data in
• Identify, research, and document discrepancies involving enrollments, coverage levels, effective
• Work directly with carriers and other external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies, correct
• Partner with internal Benefits, Client Service, Systems, Payroll, and Operations teams to determine
• Track discrepancies, recoveries, aging, and resolution status; maintain clear supporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, benefits operations, carrier billing, invoice
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of employee benefits, carrier billing, enrollment rules, coverage effective
• Experience reviewing detailed invoices, enrollment records, eligibility files, or other high-volume
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to trace discrepancies across
