📋 Description

• Partner with the Head of Global Benefits to own the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact
• Shape Benefits Strategy: Design and continuously improve the overall experience, communications
• Manage Vendor and Broker Relationships: Own relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party
• Serve as the Benefits Systems Expert: Establish yourself as the administrator for our benefits
• Build Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with stakeholders in People Operations, Payroll, Finance
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain deep working knowledge of relevant regulations (including ERISA, ACA

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• 6+ years of experience in benefits program management, with a track record of owning and scaling
• Expertise as a benefits administration system administrator or power user, with demonstrated
• Strong working knowledge of NAMER benefits compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and
• Familiarity with total rewards philosophy and inclusive, equity-informed benefits design.
• Clear, compelling communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of synthesizing complex plan
