📋 Description

• Lead the leave programs for the Americas (US and Costa Rica) including, but not limited to
• Support the benefits programs for the Americas including but not limited to administering our
• Manage employee inquiries regarding policies, escalations, and general questions while providing a
• Perform frequent audits of benefits-related data, identifying process breakdowns and ensure the
• Support relationships with vendors and brokers, including new and existing service agreements in
• Deliver exceptional project management support for annual benefit activities such as open

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or
• 3+ years of comparable benefit and/or leave experience
• Experience using Google for Work, Smartsheet, and Workday preferred
• Experience with global benefits is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for excellent organization of audits and overall data
• Experience working on confidential programs with access to sensitive information
