📋 Description

• Monitor customer schedules for next-day appointments scheduled or insurance information added after
• Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits prior to next-day services.
• Determine patient responsibility for copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
• Prioritize work based on appointment timing, ensuring the earliest next-day appointments are
• Identify prior authorization requirements and complete appropriate next steps when possible.
• Clearly document and hand off authorization needs or other items requiring payer or clinic

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in benefit verification, medical insurance, or prior authorization.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and government payers, insurance policies, and healthcare
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work across patients, providers, and payers.
• Familiarity with payer authorization portals and workflows.
• Knowledge of denial management and insurance appeal processes.
