Beverage Lead (Lead Bartender), Live Events

📋 Description

• Foster a memorable experience by greeting all guests with timely, friendly, personalized service
• Demonstrate a thorough, working knowledge of all F&B products and services and effectively
• Proactively cultivate a full working knowledge of both food and beverage menus from catering
• Pass regularly scheduled re-certifications in a timely manner
• Proficiently prepare espresso, tea, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Adapt to different types of events and services while maintaining brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in bar operations, lead bartending, or beverage coordination in event-driven or
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail techniques
• Beverage certifications (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET) are a significant plus
• Experience with advanced cocktail production
• Experience with inventory oversight including requisitions, consumption identification, and monthly
• Service-first approach with problem-solving ability in fast-paced, high-end event environment
