📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate members' physical, environmental, and psychosocial health needs through

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Illinois with no disciplinary action, or the ability to
• At least 3 years of clinical acute care experience as a licensed RN.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and
• Ability to successfully complete an approved language proficiency assessment for professional

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $71,100–$97,800, depending on geographic location, qualifications
