📋 Description

• Educate clients on Beyond Finance hardship program, benefits and options
• Deescalate upset clients with empathy and active listening
• Navigate CRM to access and document client information and progress
• Assess clients' financial situation to identify debt-free options
• Retain clients by developing customized solutions aligned to goals
• Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone and channels

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Experience in retention, sales, or collections
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
• Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening
