📋 Description

• Increase collection of outstanding payments in personal finance department
• Identify overdue accounts and help bring loans to current status
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly collection and metric goals
• Make outbound/inbound calls to resolve debts
• Comply with GoodLeap collections policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in credit and collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
• Team player with professional demeanor
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
