📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service
• Process transactions following company policies and procedures
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities
• Engage in outreach efforts more than 50% of the time
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Conduct outreach at flea markets, community events, LAAS partner locations

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people
• Love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities
• Available to work weekends and flexible with rotating work schedule
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Willing and able to work outdoors year-round
