Bilingual Implementation Specialist (Spanish/English)

📋 Description

• Drive onboarding and implementation experiences for Square’s sellers to go live on the platform.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, CS, Engineering, and Product to streamline the seller
• Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities and ensure timely delivery.
• Remote and occasional onsite merchant interactions in the New York area as needed.
• Document feature requests to inform future product roadmaps.
• Travel up to ~10% as part of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree (preferred).
• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role in software implementation, support, sales/account mgmt, or
• Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to perform at a high level.
• Ability to operate independently and handle ambiguity; strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• PM experience is a plus; experience in POS/payments or hardware installation is a plus.
