📋 Description

• Conduct inbound and outbound communications with customers regarding past-due loan accounts through
• Engage customers professionally to understand their circumstances, address delinquency, and
• Establish payment arrangements and assist eligible customers with enrollment in hardship assistance
• Contribute to overall portfolio health by proactively servicing and supporting customers with
• Build productive customer relationships through exceptional service, empathy, professionalism, and
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while professionally resolving escalated service issues

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to confidently conduct customer interactions
• 3+ years of loan servicing experience, preferably within collections and particularly involving
• Previous call center experience in a customer service, collections, lending, or financial services
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with call-center technologies and collections performance metrics such as ACD, IP, PTP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace/Google Suite.
