Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/French)

📋 Description

• Main contact for partner stores; resolve issues and boost performance.
• Build strong partner relationships; identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved.
• Manage store retention cases; prevent churn and maintain partnerships.
• Learn and use internal tools: Looker, Salesforce, Ninja, and MyStore.
• Contribute to projects that improve key KPIs; complete call lists and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Care Team to improve user experience and educate partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English; strong written and spoken communication.
• B2B client-facing experience (Sales, Account Mgmt, or Customer Service).
• Experience with Salesforce; data tools Looker/Tableau; Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent phone rapport; terrific listener and communicator.
• Autonomous, organized; able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food/hospitality or tech marketplace a plus.
