Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/French)

📋 Description

• Act as main contact for a portfolio of partner stores; resolve issues and improve performance.
• Focus on partner relationship building and retention; use data to enhance the journey.
• Drive store portfolio success via phone, email and text to improve operations.
• Identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved through SME guidance.
• Develop knowledge of internal tools like Looker, Salesforce, Ninja and MyStore.
• Collaborate with the Care Team to enhance user experience and education.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French (business level).
• Experience in a B2B client-facing role (Sales, Account Management or Customer Service).
• Experience with CRM/data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication; connect with partners by phone or text.
• Autonomous and independent; able to juggle multiple tasks.
• General knowledge of food/hospitality and SAAS customer success principles.
