Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from prospective students, explaining services, packages, pricing, and
• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students who have not yet enrolled.
• Follow up with students who completed classroom Driver's Education and convert them into scheduled
• Address objections related to pricing, scheduling, and customer hesitation.
• Present package benefits and pricing persuasively and close sales in either English or Spanish.
• Communicate student progress to parents and recommend additional lessons or packages.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, ideally involving significant
• Demonstrated ability to manage a consistent volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or conversion targets.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, with mandatory C1–C2 English proficiency.
• Ability to switch naturally between English and Spanish during customer conversations.
• Confident in communicating pricing, explaining service options, handling objections, and closing
