🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Recruitment experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience conducting full-cycle, in-house
• Sourcing expertise: Demonstrated experience developing recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Recruitment technology: Strong ability to utilize tools like ATS, recruiting software, and HR
• Specialized recruitment: Experience developing sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
• HR knowledge: Understanding of common HR practices, employment legislation, and government
