🎯 Requirements

4+ years in law firms/fintech advising on money transmission.
Familiarity with money transmission laws, licenses, BSA/AML, Reg E, NACHA, disclosures.
Excellent written and verbal communication for memos, guides, agreements.
Ownership mindset with the ability to handle complex matters with sound judgment.
Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
