Billing and Collections Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise, train, and mentor the billing and collections team members, cultivating a
• Establish daily team priorities, set operational performance goals and KPIs (around time and
• Serve as a supportive advisor to direct reports, providing clear guidance, feedback, and resource
• Ensure timely and accurate billing to Prove’s customers through review of client contracts
• Oversee the collection process and implement proactive collection strategies to optimize cash flow
• Address and resolve escalated customer billing inquiries and payment discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in billing (complex usage based billing models is strongly
• Strong ability to manage team goals, operational priorities, and resource allocation within defined
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct), usage based billing
• Knowledge of Navan travel platform and Mesh credit card platform is a plus.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
