Billing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, validation, reconciliation, and
• Manage, organize, and reconcile large data sets across multiple billing cycles while ensuring
• Develop, document, and continuously improve billing processes and workflows to increase efficiency
• Identify billing discrepancies, anomalies, and data-integrity issues and coordinate timely
• Partner with Accounting to support accurate revenue recognition and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure contracts, pricing, usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional billing experience within telecom, telecom expense management (TEM), or a
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume billing operations involving low-dollar-value
• Strong proficiency with billing and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce Billing, or
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets, reconciliations, data
• Proven ability to process, organize, audit, and validate significant volumes of data quickly and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail.
