📋 Description

• Planning, coordinating and delivering BIM projects while meeting agreed objectives in terms of
• Leading multidisciplinary BIM teams across Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines
• Ensuring compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations and BIM standards throughout
• Acting as the central point of contact for all BIM-related matters
• Understanding contractual requirements and defining the BIM scope of the project
• Establishing BIM workflows, procedures and governance frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Master Degree in Construction or Architecture
• At least 10 years of experience in BIM
• BIM experience on a large infrastructure project (+25M$) is a must
• Aware of the possibilities of the main used modeling software (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla &amp
• Proficient with the use of BIM Management software (Navisworks Manage, Solibri Model Checker
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and good experience in (open) BIM standards like IFC, IDM, IFD
