📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (Revit, Navisworks
• Perform clash detection, model coordination, and constructability reviews to identify and resolve
• Lead BIM coordination efforts for multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring the seamless integration of
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols
• Act as the primary BIM resource for team members, internal customers and external design
• Work with the design and construction teams to maintain a living model culminating in an as-built

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a BIM specialist or Modeler in a construction or engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination, with multidisciplinary experience on high
• Experience modeling multiple disciplines (e.g., architecture, structural, MEP) (preferred)
• Exposure to high rise construction projects strongly preferred; ideal candidate will have owned BIM
• Experience in aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities projects
