📋 Description

• Design and develop algorithm strategies for user growth: segmentation, intelligent recommendation
• Build user lifecycle models (LTV, churn, conversion) from user behavior data to drive decisions.
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate growth strategies and iterate.
• Explore user characteristics with ML and causal inference to improve retention and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to translate algorithms into business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS, Stats, Mathematics, AI or related field; available to intern at least 4
• Solid ML foundation; familiar with models like LR, GBDT, DNN and their applications.
• Proficient in Python; experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Strong SQL skills to extract and analyze data.
• Familiarity with recommender systems, causal inference, reinforcement learning, or optimization.
• Prior internship or project in user growth, computational advertising, or search/recommendation is
