Binance Accelerator Program - Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop features end-to-end across frontend and backend with guidance from senior engineers
• Learn and integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflow
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with smooth frontend-backend handoff
• Serve as a full stack seed learner, absorb practices, contribute ideas
• Observe cross-team processes and suggest improvements to workflows
• Contribute to product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; CS/AI major a plus
• Hands-on project experience from personal projects, coursework, internships, or OSS
• Foundational backend skills in Java or Go
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building end-to-end projects (personal/academic/internship)
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code
