📋 Description

• Plan global marketing campaigns for user growth, activation, and trading.
• Define campaign rules, journeys, and rewards to enable launches.
• Manage end-to-end execution: setup, UAT, pages, rewards, issues.
• Maintain SOPs and optimize campaign workflows.
• Monitor performance and report key metrics (participants, ROI, volume).
• Analyze regional performance to improve future campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree; all majors welcome.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, or Web3.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills; able to multitask.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Familiar with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
