📋 Description

• Assist training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs with public/in-house data.
• Support AI agents: prompt engineering, memory, planning, tool integration.
• Design and manage data annotation pipelines: schemas, labeling guidelines, QC.
• Collaborate with research/engineering to improve performance and robustness.
• Conduct experiments, data analysis, and document methodologies.
• Explore/test new tools and best practices for LLM systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recent CS/AI/EE degree; PhD bonus.
• Solid ML/DL fundamentals.
• Familiar with transformers/LLMs (LLaMA, Qwen) is a plus.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LoRA/QLoRA, and eval techniques.
• Basic data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
• Strong analytical skills; able to work independently and with teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
